Start with the source and the system
Indoor air concerns can have multiple causes, including moisture sources, ventilation, and activities within the home. HVAC improvements may help manage conditions, but do not replace fixing leaks, controlling pollutant sources, or seeking qualified assessment of suspected mold.
Filtration that works with your equipment
Higher-efficiency filters can capture more particles, but airflow compatibility matters. We can discuss filtration options and maintenance needs without assuming the most restrictive filter is right for every system.
Fresh air, thoughtfully introduced
Balanced ventilation and energy recovery ventilators can bring outdoor air into a home while recovering some energy from outgoing air. Suitability depends on the building, outdoor conditions, and installation. Humidity control may need to be considered separately.
A little peace of mind
Good questions. Clear answers.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer for your home. We’re here to help you find yours.
Ask our teamWill an air purifier eliminate allergies or illness?
No system can guarantee those outcomes. Filtration and ventilation may reduce certain indoor contaminants when properly selected and maintained, but they are not substitutes for medical advice or source control.
Can I add a better filter to my existing system?
Possibly. The filter cabinet, system airflow requirements, and pressure drop must be considered. A filter that restricts airflow too much can create other comfort or equipment issues.
Can you help with coastal humidity?
We can discuss cooling performance, ventilation, and humidity-control options for your home. Persistent moisture from leaks or building issues should also be addressed at its source.
